He's almost how I picture him :] I'm not sure if he'll actually have white/grey hair...

It feels very melancholy and he looks tired. I like how the light hits his face. You seem to have a good foundation on what the faces like. I think for you, it is just a matter of refining it by smoothing out the softer surfaces and adding more contrast. Nonetheless, it is always good to practice with references. I still use them a lot myself.
